Yoga therapy allows space and time for you to be heard so that together we can build a practice that changes and develops with you, celebrating your strengths and who you are. The combination of yoga and evidence based techniques are used to cultivate a holistic therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, cancer, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, along with other manifestations of suffering that are impacting your quality of life.
In addition, yoga therapy provides the resources to elevate your quality of life. Physical forms, movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation are the resources that can support you on a physical, mental, emotional and psychic level. This creates a space where you can connect inward with your inherent knowledge, empowering you on your path to realize your goals.

Candice’s natural curiosity about her own healing from injuries and trauma lead her to 20+ year yoga practice. This enthusiasm to learn and serve others on their healing journey lead her to pursue her life as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, while her African ancestry and autism has made her passionate about calling in the BIPOC and neurodivergent communities.
