At the heart of this experience is a powerful combination of Hypnotherapy, Reiki energy healing, and Vibrational Sound Healing — working together to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.

As women who give so much to others, it’s easy to feel depleted or disconnected. This evening is an invitation to pause, soften, and receive.

We’ll begin with a few gentle and engaging techniques to explore the power of self-talk and belief, helping you become more aware of how your thoughts influence how you feel and show up in your life.

From there, you’ll be guided into calming breathwork to settle your nervous system, before being immersed in soothing vibrational sound to help you relax more deeply into your body. You’ll then be invited to lie down and fully unwind as you are guided through a deeply relaxing hypnotherapy journey focused on self-love, letting go, and reconnection. During this time, Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout the space, supporting restoration on both a physical and energetic level.

This is a safe, supportive space where there is nothing you need to do — simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided.

Join us for a women's circle facilitated by Rachel Kavanagh, a spiritual guide. We begin with a meditative practice to help you slow down and arrive — then gather in story medicine, a time of sharing where you are witnessed and received as you are.
