3. Meet Your Hypnotherapist

Your first session begins with a thorough consultation. We'll discuss what brings you to hypnotherapy, explain how the process works, answer all your questions, and ensure you feel completely comfortable and safe.

4. Experience Your First Hypnotherapy Session

Your hypnotherapist will guide you into a deeply relaxed state using calming voice techniques, visualization, and breathwork. You'll remain fully aware and in control while your subconscious becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and healing. Most clients describe the experience as deeply peaceful and restorative.

5. Create Your Transformation Plan

Yes! Amy offers virtual hypnotherapy sessions via secure video call. Hypnotherapy is equally effective online as in-person. Amy and Brent offer in-person sessions at our Chilliwack location.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What should I expect after my first session?
